One of the nice things about the pandemic is that you get to waste way too much time on eBay finding obscure things to buy that you do not need.
With that being said, I won an auction a few months ago for the Mega Drive version of
Volfied, which is a sequel to Taito's Qix and was designed by the late designer of Bubble Bobble,
Fukio Mitsuji.
The game is quite brilliant as it has a really fun scoring system on top of really interesting gameplay. You'll have a hard time putting it down, so try it out on MAME, a PCE, or MD emulator if you have the time.
What's nice about this item is that it came with the reg card, which was not pictured in the auction and, of course, I love having these.
